10 things you don't want to hear about losing weight

You cannot lengthen your legs or shrink your feet. You cannot grow five inches or lengthen your torso. You got what you got, so work with it! Focus on your health and fitness instead of trying to look like someone else. You don't have to be perfect to be attractive. A strong, fit body and the self-confidence it brings can make anyone attractive!

 9) It is better to be muscular and weigh more than to be flabby and weigh less. I've said it so many times: I'd much rather be one hundred thirty-five pounds and muscular than one hundred and twenty pounds and flabby. I was both, and one hundred and thirty-five pounds with a lower body fat percentage was definitely better! I was smaller, more fortress, and had a lot more energy. So don't always look for that magic number on the scale, but instead look at your total body composition.
8) You can't get fit in a week. Okay, well, you can, but only if you're a week away from being fully fit and you keep training. If not, forget about it! If you want to look good for that class reunion or because you'll be in a bikini soon, then get moving well before that. Or better yet, move for your own health and not for "things" like meetings and bikinis.
 7) Want to get in shape? You have to work on it. You have to plan it, you have to schedule it and, more vitally, you have to do it. No excuses. Sitting on the couch, you will say that you should do something selected that will not burn a lot of calories. If nothing else, get outside and consider walking. And as you walk, think of an action skit for better health and avoid today - not tomorrow!
 6) Do you think you will lose weight just by dieting? Sure you can! But if you want to get fit, you have to exercise those muscles, including your heart. And that heart won't exercise if you're sitting on the couch, learning to eat broccoli. Lose the weight you need to lose and you'll end up with a choppy, but a flabby body. To move! Strength training is ideal, but if you don't faster way to lose weight

  1. 5) fit body, you need to nurture it. Proteins, carbohydrates, and fats are important, but vitamins and minerals are also key things your body needs. Whatever way of eating you follow, make sure you get enough vitamins and minerals. Add a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits to your diet. Next time you go to class, expect to be in the produce area and not only pick out a few old favorites,

  2.  4) You cannot lose weight overnight. You didn't win it overnight - or in two months - and you're not going to lose it overnight - or in two months. Think of getting back in shape like an instructor leaving the station: you should slowly, you pick up speed and you go again! Endurance is the key here. Look for consistent trends. If you really don't lose fat and become stronger after a few months, the best exercise to lose weight

  3.  3) You cannot reduce points. Genetics will decide where the fat comes off. Doing a thousand sit-ups will not reduce your belly fat. 1000 leg lifts won't clean you of inner thigh fat either. Your body is not burning the fat it needs from the body part you are exercising. Your body will burn fat much like an onion is peeled, one layer at a time if you will. So don't overdo it on exercising for one specific body part and aim to get your whole body in shape.
  4. 2) That's right, you heard me. There is no quick answer. Nothing. Put all those pills, potions, contraptions, and fad diets in the trash where they belong. Learn the basics of how your body gains muscle and loses fat, so you don't get sucked into another scam again.

  5. 1) So you train faithfully and eat right and you have achieved your goals. Now what? Well, now you have to keep doing it for the rest of your life, what is it! You can't just get in shape and then quit, because you'll end up exactly the way you thought before. Fitness is a lifetime commitment. And, you want to know a secret? It is not easy! And maybe said it's easy to try to sell you something. Make fitness a lifelong ambition and you will reap the rewards of a long, healthy life filled with energy, pressure, and an overall sense of well-being.
